What Does Tilth Conference Registration Include?

Full conference registration includes: 

  • Weekend conference sessions and workshops 
  • Access to Trade Show on Saturday and Sunday 
  • Keynote talks by Javier Zamora and Valerie Segrest on Saturday and Sunday
  • Social events on Friday and Saturday evening — mix and mingle with your fellow farmers and community while enjoying local beer and wine!
  • Meals for the weekend, including the banquet dinner on Saturday evening (including annual award ceremony)

Registration Pricing

We strive to make the annual conference affordable, and have been able to keep our costs down thanks to the support of our generous sponsors. Your registration fee helps cover the remaining cost of producing this valuable educational event. Sign up as a Conference Volunteer to save an additional $60 (3 hours of service) or $120 (6 hours of service).

Scholarships

Tilth Alliance is pleased to offer scholarships to cover conference registration costs for farmers, farm employees and farm interns. Notice of awards will be made via email the first week of October. Scholarship applications are due by Sunday, September 15. Learn more and apply today.

Group Registration

Looking to coordinate a group registration? If you are registering a group of staff or students from a government agency, non-profit organization, large business, or school and will be paying for the group in a single transaction, select the group registration option on the registration form. Group registrations can be paid online when registering or you may request an invoice.

Payment Policy

Payment will be collected online via credit or debit card at the time of registration. If requesting an invoice, payment is due 14 days prior to the conference and registration will not be guaranteed until payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You must contact us no later than November 1 to cancel your registration for the conference. Cancellations made by November 1 will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after November 2. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, purchases and amount paid. Send cancellation requests to register@tilthalliance.org.
