Your health and safety is our top priority! Masks will be required for all in-person attendees. All in-person attendees also agree to either showing proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and/or showing proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event. Read our full COVID-19 policy.

What Does Tilth Conference Registration Include?

Conference registration includes: 

  • Access to all conference sessions and workshops
  • Both keynote addresses
  • Access to industry trade show during event 
  • All meals on Saturday and Sunday
  • Social events — mix and mingle with your fellow farmers and community

 

Registration Pricing

Tilth Alliance strives to make participation in the conference affordable for as many people as possible, regardless of financial means.

  • Tickets are offered on a sliding scale, ranging from $100-$400. Please choose the rate you can afford. The Regular Price Ticket ($300) covers conference costs and is the suggested price.
  • Save 15% when you register before September 15! Enter promo code EARLYBIRD before typing in your contact information. Look for the "Do you have a promo code?" link at the top of the check-out form.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to cover the full cost of conference participation for those who would not be able to register otherwise. Scholarship applications are due no later than September 30. Apply online! Scholarship awards will be announced by email by October 15.

Hay becas disponibles para cubrir el costo total de la participación en la conferencia para aquellos que no podrían registrarse de otra manera. COVID-19 Public Health Protocols

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, those planning to attend the Tilth Conference in person this year at the Lynnwood Convention Center are expected to prioritize the health and safety of all attendees, as well as Convention Center staff. Please see our full COVID-19 Policy for this event before registering.

Payment Policy

Payment will be collected online via credit or debit card at the time of registration. If requesting an invoice, payment is due 14 days prior to the conference and registration will not be guaranteed until payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds may be available depending on when you cancel your registration. For cancellations, please email events@tilthalliance.org.

  • Cancel by Friday, Oct. 15: We can refund 100% of your total registration fees.
  • Cancel by Monday, Nov. 1: We can refund 50% of your total registration fees.
  • We cannot provide refunds for cancellations on or after Tuesday, Nov. 2.
  • Transfer by Monday, Nov. 1: Please contact events@tilthalliance.org if you would prefer to change your registration to a virtual ticket. You will be refunded the cost difference. 

If you would prefer to transfer your registration to another participant, please contact events@tilthalliance.org by Monday, Nov. 1. Please provide that person's full name, email, and the farm/business/organization they represent.
