Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve been vaccinated, do I have to wear a mask?

Yes. Regardless of vaccination status, all shoppers, volunteers and staff will be required to wear face masks while inside the sale. According to the CDC, it’s recommended that we continue wearing face masks and practicing social distancing even after being vaccinated.

Can I bring friends and family with me to the sale?

To maintain a safe number of people on site, each reservation is good for one shopper + one additional member of your household. Please stay together inside the sale, and please only make one transaction at check-out. Let us know whether you plan to bring someone when you make your reservation.

What if I can’t make my scheduled shopping time?

After booking your shopping reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from Calendly (notifications@calendly.com). At the bottom of this email, you will see links for either rescheduling or cancelling your reservation.

Can a neighbor or friend shop for me?

Yes, you can send someone in your place to shop the sale. Make sure the shopper is prepared with the full name under which the shopping reservation was booked.

I’m a member, do I get to shop at the Early Bird Sale?

No, only shoppers who make a gift of $15 or more to Tilth Alliance’s GiveBIG campaign between April 20-25 will receive early access to the reservation system. Members will receive a $5 coupon — the equivalent of a free plant.

What payment methods will be accepted?

Credit cards, debit cards, and EBT will be accepted at check-out.

Will there be other gardening supplies available for purchase?

Yes, we will have gardening supplies like Cedar Grove compost and soil, cloche kits, the Northwest Maritime Gardening Guide and more available at the sale.

Can I bring my dog or other pet?

Please keep dogs and other pets at home. Only service animals will be allowed into the sale.
